Got any extra of these?
With the growth and use of technology, and computer labs, and classroom stations, your child could use a set of inexpensive or gently-used earbuds at school, almost as much as she or he would need a pencil!
Unlike how class collects and shares pencils, glue sticks and red pens, any earbuds or headphones will only be used by the person who brought them. they can also be used in future grades.
For the thrift-minded shopper, earbuds can be found at Dollar General stores and various "dollar" stores for $1 (plus tax).

Only one month to go!
End-of-year math and reading tests, and scrapbook compilation will keep the second graders in Mr. Tutt's class busy 'til the end!

Big T's Golden Egg Hunt
The Golden Egg was FOUND after school on Friday,
April 18! It was located in OUR CLASSROOM'S library on the
back cover of the biography, Abe's Honest Words. (By the way, there's a painting of me holding the book in the picture gallery.)
Two students came with parents after school to search for the egg, yet Joey, (pictured left) found it! Spencer (in the background) got to pick an extra Easter egg as a "second place" prize. Click here to see the picture gallery highlighting the last moments of this year's egg hunt.
